Wouldn’t you know it, just when I am deep into my routine, I get sick and am down for over a week. Being sick threw my whole healthy routine out of whack. I would be sleeping or laying down all day which made it hard to go to sleep at the right time, which thankfully I had my E-Z Nite sleep spray to help me get back on my sleep schedule, but the bigger challenge was how to approach going back to the gym after being sick?

I decided to just pump myself full of vitamin C with those Airborne tablets that have elderberry every day and go back to the gym but cut down the reps and weights again. I didn’t want to push myself so hard that I would relapse, but at the same time, I worked so hard to get my routine that I didn’t want to lose it.  I found just showing up and running through the routine helped me to keep it and I am now pretty much back to where I was.
